Chiefs themed “Birds Nest” denim reversible bucket hat. One side of the hat has denim with interfacing on the backside. Giving the hat lots of structure while being flexible. The exterior of the hat is comprised of thread matching the Chiefs colors: gold and red. Creating a colorful array of textures. The interior is solid black denim with multi-colored accent stitching. I am from Kansas City. I wanted to make a project that was inspired by my home town. A great way to do that was by championing the Chiefs football team. I used all the colors of the football team: red, gold, white and black. I love the texture that is created.
